The average price per square foot for these is $277.56. To put that in perspective, the average price per square foot for a house in Lancaster right now is $273.36 which is 1.5% lower than the price of condominiums per square foot. At the moment, Lancaster is one of the few cities where condominiums are priced slightly higher per square foot than houses.
